The SMZ-168 series continuous zoom stereomicroscope features a standardized tube design. The new design enhances the quality of the third tube image, and the magnification can be selected based on the size of the camera chip used. The continuous zoom ratio is 1:6.3, with a wide field of view eyepiece, offering an enlargement range from 8X to 50X. The range can also be extended through auxiliary eyepieces and objective lenses.
